Based on our work studying the highest performers in the toughest environments on earth, we have made it our mission to build programs that enable any body to reach their goals in the office, on the court, at home, or wherever your ambitions take you.
Our depth of experience has made us a trusted adviser to the Pentagon, special operations forces, leading corporations from technology to finance, and individual clients around the world. And, we back up our work conducting cutting-edge research
Our tailored approach starts with each individual’s unique physiology. This enables us to support clients from first time mothers looking to have a happy and successful pregnancy to aging individuals seeking to maximize their energy, focus, and fitness.
After receiving graduate degrees in Health Physics, Microbiology & Immunology, and Security Studies from Georgetown University, Andrew led human performance and biotech strategy efforts for the Pentagon, special operations personnel, and professional sports teams. Andrew was honored as a Mad Scientist by the U.S. Army (twice) and as a Fellow by the Synthetic Biology Leadership Excellence Accelerator Program, the Emerging Leaders in Biosecurity Initiative, and others.
During his time working with elite performers, Andrew saw how much the insights from these unique environments could help individuals across different walks of life. He started Fount to bridge this gap and make cutting edge performance insights more widely available. Andrew also pursues this mission by serving as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, where he teaches about human performance and advanced military technology to the next generation of leaders.
On a personal note, Andrew has traveled more than 10,000 miles across Russia and Mongolia by train, lived with Kazakh nomads who train eagles to hunt, and enjoyed roasted lamb in the Turkmen desert. He also loves great dark chocolate and has recommendations for you.Reach out to Andrew
